Is it rolling noise, noise from the lid banging down or what? While the principles are well intended, has the world gone mad labelling plastic wheelie bins with sound power ratings?
Also, suppose they are tested with a certain specific test methodology, does this reflect their likely sound power noise emissions when in use?
