Session 2: NOISE BARRIER PERFORMANCE TESTING

§  Laboratory Acoustic Test Standards : Airborne Sound Insulation – IEN 1793 Part 2 and 6

§  Laboratory Acoustic Test Standards : Sound Absorption – IEN 1793 Part 1 and 5

§  CE Marking of Noise Barriers – IEN 14388

§  Allowing for Performance Degradation (Sound Insulation)

§  Practical – Study Example Calculation for a Road/Industrial Scheme
