Please see an event happening at Science Gallery Dublin that might interest your staff, students and members. The Acoustic Ecology Tour is an event in response to our newest exhibition SOUND CHECK which closes on the 24th of September.
Join Director of Acoustics at AWN Consulting Chris Dilworth for a very special tour of Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock, as we explore how sound can open up new ways of thinking about architecture. This tour will uncover buildings in the area and the key acoustic issues and concerns that arise when constructing modern offices. There will also be a short presentation on acoustic design techniques, including room acoustic modelling and auralization. The tour will take place over 90 minutes with minimal walking time.
